New services have appeared in the Mobile Public Service Center application. Now it is not necessary to go to the Public Service Center to obtain an electronic digital signature. Thanks to the application service, you can contact the PSC operator via video call and order an electronic digital signature without leaving your home.

Previously, Kazakhstanis who do not have a personal computer had to visit a public service center to obtain an electronic digital signature. At numerous requests from clients, the State Corporation has introduced the ability to obtain digital signatures for individuals and legal entities through the Mobile Public Service Center application. To do this, you need to log in to the application and click “Video Service”, the operator will connect and request an ID and a code from SMS to sign the application.

“Since the beginning of the year, more than 4 million citizens have contacted us to receive services at the Public Service Center. About 30% of them are those who wanted to receive an electronic signature, the most popular service at the moment. Therefore, it was important for us to create an accessible and convenient channel for providing government services without visiting a public service center. I would like to note that currently you can get 38 services through Mobile Public Service Center. The list will continue to be replenished,” said Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Suyenish Abdildin.

The application now includes such popular services as issuing a duplicate of the title document for real estate, a duplicate of the technical passport of real estate, assigning benefits for the birth of a child and child care, assigning a lump sum payment for funerals, assigning benefits to a large family, assigning housing assistance, assigning or extension of Kandasa status and others.

Let us add that when ordering paid services, an invoice for payment will be sent to the applications of second-tier banks. The client will be able to instantly pay the fee when ordering a service via video call. In addition, through the application you can also book a visit to the public service center, receive an electronic queue coupon, find the location of the public service center of interest and get acquainted with current issues. We are working to expand the list of available services, and we expect that the application will reduce the flow of visitors to public service centers
