The State Corporation “Government for Citizens” has implemented a new service for obtaining results for 45 government services using SMS messages. Kazakhstanis will not need to go to the Public Service Center a second time to get the finished result.
The service is implemented through government services in the areas of social payments, land relations, issuing permits to labor immigrants, preschool organizations, and issuing civil status acts.
Among those included in the list are such popular government services as the appointment of social benefits for the birth of a child and childcare, placing children on the waiting list for preschool institutions, the appointment of benefits for the loss of a breadwinner, obtaining or renewing permits for labor immigrants, and even awarding sports titles.
“Previously, a client for these services came to the PSC, submitted an application for registration and received a paper receipt when it was necessary to come for the finished result. Then he came again to pick up a certificate or document. With our new service, there is no need to go to the service center a second time - the client will simply receive an SMS message with a link, following which he can download the finished document and print it if necessary. This saves time for clients,” said Kanat Dybyspayev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens”.
