In April 2021, the Government for Citizens State Corporation launched a service for the delivery of ready-made documents in the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent.

Now delivery of completed documents to your home has also become available in the cities. Taldykorgan, Petropavlovsk, Aktau, Aktobe. Residents of these cities can order documents for state registration of rights (encumbrances) to real estate, acts for land plots, apostilled educational documents, archival certificates, duplicates of military IDs and other ready-made documents, for a total of 144 types of government services.

When the previously ordered document is ready at the Public Service Center, the client receives an SMS message with an offer to use the delivery service. If he agrees, the client follows the personal link and fills in the delivery address. Next, the client needs to pay the cost of delivery within the city - 970 tenge. The courier will deliver the mail within one business day from the date of order.

“We are creating additional services so that not only the service process at the Public Service Center is as comfortable as possible, but there is also no need to come back again for a completed document. We know that people do not always have the opportunity to take time off from work, come extra, or leave their children at home. And the document delivery service significantly saves clients’ time and money,” said Bayram Azizov, managing director of public relations at Government for Citizens.

In total, since the launch of the service in April, residents of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent have ordered about 3 thousand documents for their homes. The first pilot project for document delivery was launched in one of the capital's public service centers, where an agreement was concluded with a partner delivery service. It is planned that by the end of the year the service will be connected in all cities of the republic.
