On October 6, 2021, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” was held, in which the following members of the Board of Directors took part: Musin B.B., Ospanov E.D., Amirgaliev A.Kh., Tashenev B.Kh., Kozhikhov A.G., Balieva Z.Ya., Mukhamedzhanov B.G., Ivar Tallo, Nayzabekova A.S.

Based on the results of the meeting of the Board of Directors, the following main decisions were made:
approved: the organizational structure of the State Corporation, the Work Plan of the Compliance Control

• Service of the State Corporation for the 2nd half of 2021, the Anti-Corruption and Fraud Policy, proactive informing of the State Corporation, the amount of remuneration based on the results of work for the 2nd quarter of 2021 for employees of the Internal Audit Service of the State Corporation, Regulations on the Corporate Secretary Service and Job descriptions of the Corporate Secretary and employee of the Corporate Secretary Service;
• a decision was made to create the Corporate Secretary Service of the State Corporation, to create a committee for compliance and risks of the State Corporation, as well as to invalidate the list of issues on decisions adopted by the Board of Directors of the State Corporation, information about which should be brought to the attention of the Sole Shareholder, approved by the decision of the Board of Directors dated September 4 2017 (protocol No. 01-01-02/10);
