A new director of the Pavlodar branch of NJSC "Government for Citizens" has been appointed

The new director of the Pavlodar branch, Talgat Askarov, was introduced to the employees by the head of the administration of the NJSC "Government for Citizens" Askar Musan.

Before his appointment, Talgat Askarov held the position of Director of the Legal Support Department of the Administration of the NJSC "Government for Citizens". ⠀

Has two higher educations in the specialties “International Economic Relations” and “Jurisprudence”.

He began his career in 1999 in various positions in commercial structures and industrial enterprises. Since 2005, he has worked in the civil service in central bodies: the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, worked as the head of the Office of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and vice-president of JSC Center for International Programs. Since 2018 - Deputy, Director of the Department of Legal Support "Government for Citizens".

We would like to add that Talgat Askarov successfully passed all stages of selection for the “Talent Pool” in the spring of 2021 and entered the personnel reserve of the State Corporation. Now he has been appointed to the position of branch director.
