Real estate registration services with a notary can be paid online

NJSC "Government for Citizens" and the company Kaspi.kz have launched a new service. Clients who have completed a real estate transaction with a notary can now pay the state fee in the Kaspi.kz application. To do this, you need to scan the QR code indicated in the receipt from the notary or make a payment through the “Public Services” section in the application.

“In his message, the Head of State instructed to ensure 100% availability of government services through smartphones. This innovation is another step in this direction. Previously, after completing a notarial transaction, the notary sent electronic copies of documents through a unified notarial information system. To fully complete the transaction process, Kazakhstanis had to look for the cash desks of banks or Kazpost and contact the notary again to provide a payment receipt.

It is important for us to make it as convenient and simple as possible for the public to receive government services, so we will continue to focus on implementing online services with our partners. We will increase the number of services that the population can receive online in a matter of minutes,” comments Adil Kozhikhov, Chairman of the Board of NJSC “Government for Citizens.”

In the first half of 2021, the state corporation registered more than 708 thousand applications for real estate registration.

Today, you can apply for real estate registration both through public service centers and through notaries.
