93 “Government for Citizens” reservists appointed to leadership positions

Since June 2021, 93 Talent Pool participants have been appointed to senior positions in the Government for Citizens state corporation.
Selection for the state corporation’s personnel reserve took place from March to April 2021. Anyone could take part in it. More than 2,000 people from all regions of Kazakhstan submitted applications for participation. Candidates went through several stages of selection - various tests and an interview with the Expert Commission. Based on the selection results, 353 people were included in the personnel reserve, 13 of them were external candidates.
“To date, 93 reservists, that is, a third of the “Talent Pool” participants have already been appointed to new positions in the state corporation. We are in contact with all reservists, each of them receives a list of vacant positions. Meetings with reservists were held in all branches, and at the end of the year a number of events are planned to develop their competencies. Work on the “Talent Pool” is under our special control,” said Adil Kozhikhov, Chairman of the Board of the Government for Citizens state corporation.
Of those reservists who have already received appointments, Ainur Tobaeva and Janibek Kambarov can be noted - they headed the branches of the state corporation in the Kyzylorda and North Kazakhstan regions. And in East Kazakhstan region, the famous social activist Ruslan Kibke entered the personnel reserve as an external candidate and became the director of one of the PSC branches in Semey. Several more reservists were appointed to deputy positions. Ruslan Kalmuratov became deputy director of the branch of “Government for Citizens” in the Kyzylorda region, Baurzhan Bazylbekov became deputy director of the branch in WKO, and Kairat Menlibekov became deputy director of the Atyrau branch of the state corporation.
The “Talent Pool” was created to increase the involvement of employees of the state corporation and promote the principles of meritocracy. This is the fourth country project to form a personnel reserve after the “Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve”, “Industry Managers of the Elbasy Academy” and “Zhas Orken”.
