A service for delivering completed documents to your home was launched in Almaty and Nur-Sultan

“Government for Citizens” launched a service for delivering ready-made documents to the client’s door. 144 government services have already been connected to it, including state registration of rights (encumbrances) on real estate, acts on land plots, apostille of education documents, issuance of archival certificates, duplicates of military ID cards and more. In the near future, additional delivery of driver's licenses, ID cards, passports and other documents will become available.

As soon as the documents are ready, the client will receive an SMS message with a personalized link to a web page to arrange the delivery of documents to the address required by the client. The service is paid, the cost of delivery within the city is 970 tenge.

“We try to create the most comfortable conditions for Kazakhstanis when receiving government services. We talked about home delivery of documents last year and are now gradually introducing a new service. It will significantly save our clients both money and time on receiving government services. Today the service is available to Almaty residents and residents of the capital, but in the near future the service will be available throughout the country,” said Adil Kozhikhov, Chairman of the Board of Government for Citizens.

A pilot project for document delivery was launched a month ago in one of the capital’s public service centers, where the partner delivery service issued over 50 documents to satisfied clients. In October 2020, a similar service appeared on the e-government portal Egov.kz - then a service for delivering license plates and finished vehicle registration certificates to your home was launched.
