On March 30, 2021, a technical failure occurred in the automated information system of the state land cadastre (AIS SLC) of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, due to which the provision of several public services became unavailable.

At the moment, the following services are not available on the eGov.kz portal: “Production and issuance of acts for land plots”, “Determination of the cadastral (estimated) value of a land plot”, “Coordination of the designed land plot with graphical data from the AIS GZK”, “Providing information on the qualitative condition of the land plot”, “Providing information from the state land cadastre”.

“We decided to receive clients in our branches because we understand our responsibility and capabilities to provide this type of service. We promptly reoriented the operators’ working conditions and provided training, which allowed us to quickly resolve the current situation. In order to receive services, clients need to contact the Public Service Center at the location of the land plot. As soon as the process of modifying the AIS GZK service is completed, land cadastre services will again be available through eGov.kz. During the modification, all government services related to the land cadastre will be provided through Public Service Centers,” commented the chairman of the board of the NJSC “Government for Citizens” Adil Kozhikhov.
